Charmbar Party Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the Charmbar party ("Event"). By booking and participating in this Event, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Booking and Payment
- Reservations: To secure your spot at the Event, a reservation must be made in advance.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required upon booking to secure your date and time.
- Payment: The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the Event.
- Cancellations and Refunds: The deposit will noy be refunded upon cancellation.
3. Event Participation
- Age Restrictions: Participants must be at least 15 years old or have parental supervision if younger.
- Health and Safety: All participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the Event. Any injuries or accidents must be reported immediately.
- Materials and Equipment: All materials and tools necessary for jewelry making will be provided. Participants agree to handle all materials with care.
- Alcohol and Food: Alcohol may be served at the Event; however, participants are expected to consume responsibly. Food may be provided or brought by participants.
4. Liability
- Waiver of Liability: By participating in the Event, participants waive any and all claims against the organizers for personal injury, damage, or loss that may occur during or as a result of the Event.
- Damage to Property: Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the venue or equipment during the Event.
- Personal Belongings: The organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items during the Event.
5. Intellectual Property
- Designs and Creations: Participants retain ownership of the jewelry they create during the Event. The organizers may photograph or record the Event for promotional purposes.
- Use of Photos: By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded, and these images may be used in promotional materials without compensation.
6. Code of Conduct
- Behavior: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others and follow the instructions of the organizers. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund.
- Alcohol Consumption: Participants are responsible for their own alcohol consumption. The organizers reserve the right to limit or prohibit alcohol consumption if necessary.
7. Changes to the Event
- Postponements: The organizers reserve the right to reschedule the Event or refund the deposit due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Modifications: Any modifications to these Terms will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.

Yes, you can cancel up to 1 week of the booking with your deposit dully refunded.
Yes, you can reschedule up to 1 week in advance of your booking to another available date.
You are welcome to bring soft drinks, wine or bubbles. We will provide cold storage, glasses for drinks, napkins and platter boards for food.
All Charmbar parties run for approximately 2 hours. We do encourage the host to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure set up is ready for guests.

Yes you can purchase additional charms, necklaces and bracelets that are not included int he package.
