Returns and Exchanges Eligibility


We are pleased to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging, accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please note that earrings, body piercing products, and gift cards are non-returnable for change of mind reasons.
  • Shipping costs from online purchases and click-and-collect orders are non-refundable.
  • If you believe a purchased item is faulty, please Contact Us or visit a local store for assistance.
  • If an item is not returned within a reasonable time, you may not be eligible for a purchase price refund. However, exchange or repair options may still apply.
  • In cases where you're entitled to a refund, we offer the option to exchange the item or receive an equivalent-value Teall gift card.


In-Store Returns:

If you lack proof of purchase, we may, at our discretion, consider exchanges for your items.


Online Returns:

Changed your mind? Not a problem! Refunds are available for eligible orders returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a $10.00 postage and handling fee.


Returns Process


In-Store Returns:

Bring your item(s), along with a copy of the in-store Tax Invoice or online invoice (accessible via the link in your order confirmation), to your nearest Teall store. Our friendly staff will assist you in accordance with this policy.


Return via Mail:

To initiate a return, kindly contact our Customer Support team at Provide your order details and reasons for the return. Our team will promptly issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions for returning the item. Once the returned item is received and its condition is verified, we will process a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Carefully package your item(s) in a padded, secure bag.
  • Complete the Returns Form included with your order, or provide a detailed explanation for the return.

3. Exchange Process:


If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please contact our Sales team. Our team will guide you through the exchange procedure, offering an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and instructions for returning the original item. Once we receive and verify the original item's condition, we will proceed with the exchange and dispatch the new item to you. Any price discrepancies will be managed accordingly.


4. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:


Please note that custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Earrings, body piercing products, and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.


5. Shipping Costs:


For returns and exchanges due to manufacturing defects or errors on our part, we will cover the associated shipping costs. In all other instances of returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for covering the shipping expenses.


6. Damage During Shipping:


In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Provide photographs of both the damaged item and its packaging, and we will take steps to arrange a replacement or refund.
